I have a virus. I rested on the couch for a week as I ran a fever and my HR was elevated. Once the fever went away, the illness went into viral bronchitis. I could hear the rales in my lungs as I coughed and coughed. I am starting to get better after 8 days and taking it slowly. I can sleep through the night with no drugs. I have more energy and feel like eating again. I must keep my head held high and I will get through this.
